The Rick Warren Memorial Public Library District's mission is to provide resources and services to the citizens of Elverado CUSD 196 which support their personal, educational, and cultural needs.

Library Code of Conduct

  • No violence or disruptive behavior

  • No inappropriate language

  • No destruction of property belonging to RWMPLibrary or any library patron
